CNC assets include Hypertherm 800, 900, and 1000 systems, and a Koike Aronson 10'x20' Hypertherm Plasma Table, 1½″ pierce / 2" edge.
Highly repeatable bends are made using a 48" manual, 10' manual, 10' auto, 6' hydraulic with auto backstop, and 12'x200 ton hydraulic w/auto backstop.
Drilling capabilities are 1/16" to 1-1/2" diameter, using a Cincinnati 21" drill press, 3 drill press, a 4-station Gang Drill Press, and beam drill.
RWI operates 15 weld stations; welders are certified to AWS standards. Passivation process removes discoloration on stainless steel welds.
Ladders and platforms, guard rails and other facility equipment is welded from steel and aluminum; also stainless steel and Hastelloy.
RWI offers mechanical finishing, sand blasting, zinc and manganese phosphate pretreatments, painting and powder coating services.
